The Research Division of the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption is pleased to make available a professional library that contains a wide range of topics related to the Ministry’s work. Subject matter includes:
immigrant absorption in Israel,
the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption,
world Jewry,
Israelis residing overseas,
international migration,
and Israeli society as well as professional literature on a variety of other topics.
The library is designed principally to serve employees of the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption that require professional information for their work. Researchers, students and professionals in other areas are also invited to use the library.
The library makes it possible to view both printed materials and digital files via computer. There is a computerized catalogue available to the user, allowing for the efficient location of both printed and digital items within the library.
The library offers a pleasant physical environment for using materials, from easy-to-use computers to comfortable seating areas.
At this stage, it is not possible to borrow materials from the library.
The library is located in the Research Division within the Southern and Jerusalem Branch Office building, . Be sure to book your visit in advance with , Secretary of the Research Division and responsible for usage of the library, .
